Terms and Conditions – WinTogether New Customer Bonus for Clubs

Eligibility
Only clubs based in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein that successfully and completely register on the WinTogether platform are eligible to participate.
Not eligible to participate are:
- Private individuals
- Clubs without a valid legal form or clubs based outside the aforementioned countries
Bonus Period
The new customer bonus applies to newly registered clubs as of December 19, 2025. WinTogether reserves the right to limit the bonus program in time or to terminate it without prior notice.
Participation Requirements
Participation occurs automatically with the complete and free registration of a club on the WinTogether platform.
Registration is free of charge and does not involve any costs or purchase obligations.
New Customer Bonus and Conditions
Each newly registered club receives a one-time new customer bonus of CHF 100.00.
The payout of the new customer bonus occurs as soon as the club has successfully referred at least two members to a partner company of WinTogether.
A referral is considered successful when a club member registers with a partner company via the WinTogether platform and this referral can be clearly attributed to the respective club.
The new customer bonus can only be claimed once per club.
Payout
The bonus amount will be paid out via bank transfer (IBAN) to the club account specified by the club, as soon as the bonus conditions are met.
Exclusion from the Bonus Program
WinTogether reserves the right to exclude clubs from the bonus program and not pay out the bonus in case of suspected abuse, manipulation, false information, or violation of these terms and conditions.
Data Protection
The data collected during registration will only be used to operate the WinTogether platform and process the new customer bonus.
In addition, our Privacy Policy applies.
Legal Recourse and Liability
Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence regarding the bonus program will be conducted.
Applicable Law
Exclusively Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
